Rosewood Hotels and Resorts in Abu Dhabi seeks a Residence Associate to be at the heart of the resident experience, delivering trusted service from arrivals to departures and coordinating resident needs with precision.

You will manage resident requests, lease renewals, and service arrangements, while maintaining detailed profiles and liaising with residents, guests, and internal departments to ensure a seamless, personalized lifestyle experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional service in luxury hospitality or high-end environments.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written English communications; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist residents/guests with warmth, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences.
• Coordinate resident requests, special arrangements, and services with timely execution and follow-through.
• Prepare and manage residential agreements, lease renewals, payments, and documentation with accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date resident profiles, apartment allocations, and account records for a personalized experience.
• Conduct departure walk-throughs and apartment inspections, ensuring standards are met and follow-up actions are completed.

Welcome residents and guests with warmth and professionalism ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences Build meaningful relationships with residents by anticipating needs resolving concerns and delivering personalized service throughout their stay Coordinate resident requests special arrangements and additional services ensuring timely execution and exceptional follow-through Prepare and manage residential agreements lease renewals payment follow-ups and resident documentation with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain up-to-date resident profiles apartment allocations preferences and account records to support a highly personalized experience Conduct departure walk-throughs and apartment inspections ensuring standards are maintained and any follow-up actions are completed promptly

You have experience delivering exceptional service within a luxury hospitality branded residences or high-end customer-facing environment You are highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism You excel at building relationships and creating memorable experiences through genuine personalized service You are a confident communicator with strong verbal and written English skills additional language abilities are an advantage You are comfortable working with computer systems and handling administrative financial and operational tasks efficiently You remain calm under pressure use sound judgment to resolve challenges and work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments
