Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE is seeking a Pool Attendant – Pool Services to join the resort’s team. The role involves greeting guests, assisting with seating and poolside arrangements, and delivering towels and amenities with prompt courtesy.

As part of a luxury hospitality environment, you will maintain a pristine pool deck, support VIP guests, and collaborate with lifeguards and other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications preferred.
• Lifeguard, pool safety, or first aid certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year in hospitality, guest services, pool operations, or luxury resort operations preferred.
• Previous luxury hotel/resort/ pool experience is preferred.
• Familiar with Forbes Five-Star or LQA standards is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a personalized first impression.
• Assist guests with seating, loungers, umbrellas, and special requests.
• Provide towels, water, and amenities promptly throughout the visit.
• Maintain a consistently professional presence at the pool areas.
• Support VIP guests and special poolside arrangements with discretion.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and report opportunities to supervisors and teams.
• Set up and maintain pool loungers, umbrellas, towels, and amenities.
• Ensure pool deck remains clean, safe, and well presented.
