Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island invites applications from hospitality professionals to join our luxury pool services team. You will greet guests, assist with seating and amenities, and ensure towels and refreshments are readily available.

You will anticipate needs, respond to inquiries with discretion, and maintain a consistently polished presence around pool areas to reflect Wynn standards. As part of the pool services team, you will support VIP guests and collaborate with Food & Beverage and operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certifications preferred.
• Lifeguard, pool safety, or first aid certification is an advantage.
• Minimum one year of experience in hospitality, guest services, pool operations, beach clubs, recreation, or luxury resort operations preferred.
• Previous luxury hotel, resort, pool, or recreation guest-facing experience preferred.
• Forbes Five-Star or comparable luxury service standards knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a polished first impression.
• Assist guests with seating, loungers, umbrellas, and amenities.
• Provide towels, water, and other amenities promptly throughout guest visits.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain a luxury, approachable presence around pool areas and with VIP guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and report opportunities to supervisors and operations teams.
