Qualifikationen

• Minimum one year of hospitality, guest services, or luxury resort operations experience preferred.
• Luxury resort/front-of-house experience is a plus.
• Adherence to Forbes Five-Star standards.
• Basic knowledge of reservation or guest management systems.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests warmly and create a polished first impression.
• Serve as floor-level point of contact in pool and beach areas.
• Escort guests to loungers, daybeds, cabanas, and seating areas.
• Explain facilities, dining options, activities, and daily programming.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and communicate feedback to leadership.
• Maintain luxury appearance and branding across pool/beach areas.
• Coordinate arrivals and seating with Pool Concierge and F&B teams.
• Assist with VIP and special event guest arrangements.
• Maintain records of guest preferences and requests.
• Support opening/closing procedures and assist during peak periods.
