Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks an Ambassador – Pool Services to join our luxury resort’s Pool Services team. The role focuses on delivering Forbes Five-Star standards by greeting guests, anticipating needs, coordinating with departments, and promoting premium poolside experiences.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2+ years in guest relations or luxury hospitality, and excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work outdoors, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the pool area and assist with seating, towels, and amenities.
• Coordinate requests with other departments (F&B, housekeeping, spa).
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Assist with cabana check-ins, reservations, and VIP arrangements.
• Support poolside events and upsell premium experiences.
