Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Cabana Attendant – Pool Services to join the resort’s Pool Services team on site in the UAE. The role centers on greeting guests, setting up cabanas, and coordinating food, beverage, and amenities to deliver Wynn-standard luxury experiences.

Requirements include a high school diploma; hospitality certifications are a plus, and lifeguard/first aid training is advantageous. Competitive remuneration in AED and inclusive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications preferred.
• Lifeguard and first aid certification an advantage; CPR/AED instructor preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in hospitality or luxury resort operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet cabana guests and provide a polished first impression.
• Escort guests to cabanas and explain features and services.
• Set up cabanas with towels, refreshments, and amenities promptly.
• Coordinate food and beverage orders with service teams.
• Assist with lounger positioning, special requests, and VIP arrangements.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of cabanas and pool areas.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and report issues to supervisors.
• Promote cabana upgrades and resort offerings to guests.
