Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE seeks a Pool Attendant Resort - Pool Services to join the elite Pool Services team. You will greet guests, arrange seating, provide towels and amenities, and ensure a pristine pool environment that aligns with Wynn luxury standards.

Key duties include assisting VIP guests, monitoring guest satisfaction, and supporting daily opening and closing of pool areas while maintaining high safety and presentation levels.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard/Pool safety qualification preferred.
• Strong guest engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or resort environments preferred.
• Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a polished first impression.
• Assist with seating, loungers, umbrellas, and amenities.
• Maintain pool deck cleanliness and safety throughout the day.
• Assist VIP guests with discreet, personalized service.
• Support opening, operating, and closing procedures for pool areas.
• Identify maintenance issues and report them promptly.
