Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Pool Attendant Resort - Pool Services to join the resort’s Pool Services team in the UAE. You will greet guests, assist with seating and amenities, and maintain a pristine pool environment in a luxury setting.

Responsibilities include VIP support, daily opening/closing procedures, safety, and collaboration with F&B and operations to maximize guest satisfaction while upholding Wynn standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Lifeguard, pool safety, or first aid certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum one year in hospitality, guest services, pool operations, or luxury resort operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with seating, towels, and amenities.
• Provide towels, water, and amenities promptly throughout the visit.
• Maintain pool deck cleanliness and safety, assist VIP guests, and support openings/closings.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and communicate improvements to teams.
• Promote poolside offerings and collaborate with Food & Beverage and operations.
