Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is seeking a dedicated Commis II to support the chef team in daily kitchen operations. You will assist in food preparation, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and help ensure timely service in a luxury environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in a luxury brand, fluent English, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A can-do attitude and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury brand is preferred.
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, reading).
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation according to standard procedures and guidance from senior chefs.
• Support Commis I, Demi Chef de Partie, and Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized workstations, equipment, and utensils.
• Receive, check, and store deliveries as instructed.
• Demonstrate teamwork, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
