Four Seasons Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is seeking a Butcher & Still Restaurant Commis II to support chefs in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of luxury-brand experience, strong English communication, and a collaborative attitude.

You will assist in preparing food, maintain hygiene, handle deliveries, and uphold the high standards of Four Seasons. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food items according to standard procedures, recipes, and instructions from senior chefs.
• Support junior and senior kitchen staff in daily operations.
• Keep workstations, equipment and utensils clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Maintain knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Receive, check, and store deliveries as instructed.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior kitchen staff or management.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Restaurant Chef or Sous Chef.
