Qualifications

• Experience in luxury brand kitchen environments.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items in accordance with standard procedures and recipes.
• Assist the Chef de Partie and other chefs in developing recipes and maintaining standards.
• Participate in product development and support efficient kitchen operations.
• Apply knowledge of cuisines and food service sanitation to perform duties efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge and adherence to Four Seasons Food Standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude at all times.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
