Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation according to standard procedures and recipes.
• Support senior chefs and daily kitchen operations.
• Keep workstations, equipment and utensils clean and organized at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
• Receive, check, and store deliveries as directed.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Perform other duties as assigned by senior kitchen staff or management.
• Support Sous Chef or Executive Chef with various tasks.
