Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is seeking a Pastry & Bakery Commis I to assist the chefs in daily kitchen operations and uphold high standards of pastry production.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pastry items in accordance with standard procedures and recipes.
• Assist Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie/Commis I in developing standard recipes.
• Support product development and ensure smooth kitchen operation.
• Apply knowledge of pastry and bakery sanitation to work efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge and adherence to Four Seasons Food Standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork and positive attitude at all times.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sous Chef or Executive Pastry Chef.
