Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is seeking a Pastry & Bakery Commis I to support daily kitchen operations. You will assist chefs, prepare items per recipes, and help maintain high pastry standards in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items in accordance with standard procedures and recipes.
• Assist Chef de Partie and others in developing standard recipes and maintain quality standards.
• Participate in product development and support efficient kitchen operations.
• Apply pastry and bakery knowledge and food service sanitation.
• Maintain knowledge and adherence to Four Seasons Food Standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork at all times.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sous Chef or Executive Pastry Chef.
