The Commis II at Four Seasons Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island supports the kitchen team in day-to-day operations, helping to maintain high standards of food preparation and hygiene. This role requires a positive, team-oriented attitude and basic experience in a luxury brand kitchen.

You'll assist senior chefs, handle prep tasks, and ensure clean, well-organized workspaces while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a premium hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a luxury brand
• Outgoing personality and can-do attitude
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing) with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day kitchen operations under senior chefs
• Maintain clean, organized and sanitized workstations and equipment
• Receive, check and store deliveries as instructed
• Support in food preparation according to standard procedures and recipes
• Demonstrate teamwork and positive attitude in a luxury kitchen environment
