Job summary

Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking a courteous Bell Attendant to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and guide arrivals and departures at the opulent entrance.

You will coordinate with Front Office and Concierge, maintain a pristine entry area, and uphold safety and service standards while delivering outstanding guest relations in a luxury hospitality setting. Fluency in English is required, with strong grooming standards and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or guest relations preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Ability to remain courteous and calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of hospitality etiquette and guest service standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties.
• Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation options.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests, visitors, and patrons with courtesy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
• Open and close doors for guests entering and leaving the hotel.
• Assist guests with luggage and coordinate with Bell Attendants when required.
• Provide directions and information regarding hotel facilities, services, events, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis and private vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable entrance area at all times.
• Monitor guest arrivals and departures and communicate relevant information to Front Office and Concierge teams.
• Assist in managing traffic flow at the hotel entrance.
• Support VIP arrivals and departures in coordination with hotel departments.
• Ensure adherence to hotel safety, security, and service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
