Qualifications

• Experience in hotel guest service is preferred.
• Strong presentation and safety awareness.
• Excellent communication and guest-mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving and departing guests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Open vehicle doors and assist guests, including children and disabled guests.
• Explain parking procedures and direct Valet Parkers as needed.
• Coordinate with Bell Captain on daily event information and guest knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, promotions, and city information.
• Assist Valet Parkers with tickets and vehicle handovers.
• Direct vehicle movement to minimize congestion and ensure safety.
• Support front-of-house teams to maintain smooth operations.
