Job summary

Accor Group is seeking a Doorman for our hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Doorman will be the first welcoming touchpoint for guests, assisting with door operations and guiding guests upon arrival and departure.

The role involves luggage assistance, entrance and traffic coordination, and collaboration with Bell Desk, Front Office, and Security to ensure smooth, courteous service and safe hotel operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and departure and assist with door operations.
• Assist guests with luggage and coordinate with Bell Desk.
• Coordinate entrance traffic and aid movement of taxis and vehicles.
• Maintain safety awareness and report concerns to Security.
