Job summary

Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking a professional Waiter/Waitress to join our luxury dining team. You will welcome guests, present menus, take and relay orders, and ensure guest preferences reach the kitchen and service staff promptly.

The ideal candidate has experience in F&B, strong knowledge of service standards and allergens, excellent English communication, a guest‑focused attitude, and the flexibility to work shifts in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar F&B service role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to manage multiple guest requests.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus, explain items and provide recommendations when required.
• Take and accurately process food and beverage orders, communicating guest preferences to the relevant team.
• Serve food and beverages professionally, following service standards and sequence.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, beverages, promotions, and offerings.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, hostess, and other F&B team members for timely service.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately and handle inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas to luxury hotel standards.
