Qualifications

• Previous Guest Relations or Front Office experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional, confident and guest-focused.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional, and personalized manner.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, dining outlets, and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow up on guest feedback and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
• Recognize VIP guests and special occasions and ensure personalized service.
• Maintain accurate guest information and records.
• Promote hotel services and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, communication, and luxury service.
