Qualifications

• Basic hotel school diploma is required.
• Experience in food & beverage or event field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service staff team.
• Ensure standards are met 100% of the time.
• Be punctual, greet colleagues and report to supervisor on arrival.
• Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience for events.
• Anticipate and meet guests' requirements before requests.
• Use the hotel's computer system to ring up sales, print checks and close out.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and report problems to management with resolution.
• Prepare mise en place and setup for next day's events.
• Keep all areas, stores and back areas clean and tidy.
• Handle cash and credit card procedures according to accounting guidelines.
