Qualifications

• College diploma in hotel management or related field.
• Experience in Front Office or Guest Services.
• Luxury hotel experience is a must.
• Good communication skills.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• To anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
• To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, PBX System, including room types, rates, features and facilities, outlets, promotions, spa and fitness facilities.
• Take personal responsibility for service quality and follow up on issues related to guest satisfaction in a timely manner.
• Attend hotel events, daily shift briefings and training to improve professional skills.
