Job summary

Rixos Bab Al Bahr invites an experienced Guest Relations Supervisor to lead its guest services team in Ras Al Khaimah. You will oversee daily operations, mentor agents, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the bold, playful, and stylish Rixos identity.

Responsibilities include supervising the team, handling VIP arrivals, coordinating with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B, and maintaining high service standards while promoting guest recognition programs and local experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest relations or front office roles, luxury hotels preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent guest service orientation with problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous (Russian preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Guest Relations team to maintain high service standards.
• Handle VIP arrivals, departures and special requests for a memorable stay.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address inquiries or complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B to ensure seamless service.
• Train and mentor Guest Relations Agents for continuous growth.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions for guest guidance.
• Oversee guest communications including pre-arrival requests and follow-ups.
