Job summary

Rixos Hotels in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to create a warm, memorable first impression for guests, assist with arrivals and departures, and provide personalized support throughout their stay.

You will collaborate with Bell and Guest Relations teams to ensure smooth operations, offer information about facilities and activities, and uphold luxury service standards in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a lobby ambassador or guest-facing role, preferably in luxury hotels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming and confident presence in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist arriving and departing guests.
• Coordinate with Bell and Guest Relations for smooth arrivals.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby environment.
• Manage lobby traffic and assist with reception queues.
• Support luggage delivery and buggy services with Bell team.
• Handle guest comments, complaints, and requests promptly.
• Protect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Follow safety and operational standards.
• Promote hotel facilities and upsell services.
• Complete pre-arrival follow-ups and special guest arrangements.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction and anticipate needs.
