Job summary

Rixos Bab Al Bahr is seeking a receptionist/front desk professional to provide high-level guest service at a luxury resort in Ras Al Khaimah. You will handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, manage front desk operations, and maintain a welcoming reception area while ensuring safety standards.

The ideal candidate may have 0–2 years of related experience; strong organizational skills and an ability to work across shifts are essential. Russian or German language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in receptionist/front desk roles preferred but not required.
• 0–2 years related experience or training preferred; handling multiple phone lines is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills are required.
• Additional foreign language is an asset (Russian and German Speaking).

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality customer service while following safety protocols.
• Maintain smooth flow of customers through the store.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
• Provide customers with basic and accurate information.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and classes.
• Keep reception area tidy and stocked with materials.
• Receive and sort mail; manage office supplies inventory.
