Anantara Downtown Dubai is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to ensure all guests enjoy a positive, memorable experience. You will be a key ambassador for our brand, anticipating needs and handling inquiries with warmth and efficiency.

In a luxury, service-driven setting, you will take ownership of guest satisfaction, follow up on requests, and propose thoughtful solutions to delight guests throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• College degree in hotel management or related field.
• Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Front Office Systems.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken; Arabic/Russian/Mandarin speakers are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries promptly.
• Proactively suggest alternatives to meet guest needs and delight their stay.
