Job summary

Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking an enthusiastic guest relations professional to join its front desk operations. The role focuses on anticipating guest needs, delivering personalized service, and ensuring a seamless check-in experience for a luxury audience.

You will maintain knowledge of room types, rates, outlets, promotions, and facilities, and collaborate with other departments to uphold Minor Hotels' high standards and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front office, guest relations or reception
• Knowledge of check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries in a helpful Minor Hotels manner.
• Maintain complete knowledge of hotel products: rooms, rates, facilities, F&B outlets, spa and health club, and other Minor Hotels properties.
• Ensure service delivery meets the highest standards of Minor Hotels.
• Follow up to guarantee guest satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
• Be proactive and innovative, suggesting alternatives to enhance the Minor Hotels experience.
• Develop close, harmonious relationships with all hotel departments.
• Attend hotel events, daily shift briefings and training to improve professional skills.
