The role requires strong English communication, luxury-hotel experience, and Les Clefs d’Or certification, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong Concierge and Front Office skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs Concierge, Bell Desk and Doormen.
• Provides information on hotel services, local sights, and tours.
• Prepares work and vacation schedules for Concierge and Bell staff.
• Ensures staff are neat, punctual, and perform tasks promptly.
• Handles guest problems and liaises with management.
• Conducts training and performance appraisals for staff.
• Maintains high standards of guest service and courtesy.
