Job summary

Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a hands-on Guest Services Leader to promote guest satisfaction and maintain a strong team environment. You will focus on delivering prompts, courteous service across Restaurants and Room Service, guiding staff during shifts to ensure seamless operations.

You will train and enforce Minor Hotels service standards, manage shift coverage and floor plans, and collaborate with the kitchen to ensure quality, safety, and a positive guest experience.
