Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to anticipate guest needs, handle inquiries with warmth, and deliver the high standard of Minor Hotels hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have front office or guest relations experience, may know Opera PMS, and should be fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage in serving our international guests.

Formación

• Experience in hotel front office or guest relations preferred.
• Experience in a five-star or luxury hotel is an advantage.
• Knowledge of check-in/check-out, reservations, billing and guest inquiries.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and warm personality.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• To anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries in a Minor Hotels manner.
• To have a complete knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, outlets, spa and health club.
• To take personal responsibility for the service and attitude with which our guest service is delivered, and ensure it meets the highest standard.
• To ensure all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met with timely follow-up.
• To be proactive and innovative, suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs.
• To develop a close and harmonious working relationship with all hotel departments.
• To attend hotel events, daily shift briefings and training to improve professional skills.
