Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi invites a Guest Experience Ambassador to join the Front Office team, delivering personalized services and memorable stays with a friendly, caring approach. You will liaise with culinary and butler teams to ensure timely in-room amenities and guest requests are fulfilled while maintaining Luxe standards.

The role requires strong English, a guest-centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Remain readily available to assist with any matter related to ensuring a pleasant, personalized, and memorable stay for hotel guests.
• Coordinate closely with the Culinary Department and Butler Service Team to ensure the seamless and timely delivery of in-room amenities and guest requests.
• Liaise with Guest Relations and Front Office to obtain and communicate relevant guest information, ensuring personalized service and seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel promotions, products and services, VIP arrivals, special occasions, and upcoming events to confidently respond to guest enquiries and requests.
• Demonstrate a creative, imaginative, and proactive approach to service, anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences and meaningful magic moments.
