Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador within the Front Office Department. You will provide personalized services to hotel guests, including in-room amenity delivery, special occasion creation, and setup in a friendly, caring manner according to MO policies and LQA standards.

Reports to Front Office Manager. You will remain readily available to assist guests, coordinate with Culinary and Butler teams, liaise with Guest Relations and Front Office, and maintain

Responsibilities

• Remain readily available to assist with any matter related to ensuring a pleasant, personalized, and memorable stay for hotel guests.
• Coordinate with Culinary Department and Butler Service Team to ensure seamless delivery of in-room amenities and guest requests.
• Liaise with Guest Relations and Front Office to obtain and communicate relevant guest information for personalized service.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel promotions, services, VIP arrivals, and events to respond to inquiries and requests.
