Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to join our Front Office team. You will deliver personalized services to hotel guests, coordinate with Culinary and Butler teams for in-room amenities, and ensure memorable stays in line with LQA standards.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a guests-first mindset, the ability to anticipate needs, and a professional luxury service approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Guest-centric mindset with passion for personalised experiences.
• Proactive, attentive, and responsive to guest needs.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized services to guests, including in-room amenity delivery and special occasion setup.
• Coordinate with Culinary and Butler teams to ensure timely delivery of amenities and requests.
• Liaise with Guest Relations and Front Office to obtain and share relevant guest information for tailored service.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel promotions, products, services, VIP arrivals and events to answer guest inquiries.
• Demonstrate a creative and proactive approach to service, creating memorable moments for guests.
