Job summary

EMAAR, a leading hospitality group in Dubai, seeks a Senior Front Office Ambassador to deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. The role emphasizes professional, efficient, and personalized service while coordinating with Housekeeping, Concierge, and Reservations to ensure a seamless stay.

The candidate should have at least 4 years in hospitality, with 2 years in a supervisory capacity within a 5-star environment, and expose strong communication and guest service skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in hospitality.
• 2 years in a supervisory role in a 5-star environment.
• Front Office or Guest Services experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; hotel management degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily Front Office operations per hotel standards and procedures.
• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression on arrival.
• Support efficient check-in/check-out with accuracy and service quality.
• Assist guests with inquiries and hotel facilities throughout their stay.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservations and other departments for smooth service.
• Maintain guest information and adhere to Front Office policies.
