Atlantis The Palm is seeking a Team Leader - Front Office Operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role supervises daily desk operations, coordinates guest arrivals and departures, and guides service colleagues to ensure personalized requests are fulfilled promptly.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a similar Front Office role, with Opera Cloud proficiency and strong English communication. The position supports a luxury guest journey and requires flexibility across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Front Office role.
• Experience in luxury hospitality advantageous.
• Proficiency with Opera Cloud is essential.
• Strong English communication skills (Arabic advantageous).
• Willingness to rotate shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the Assistant Manager with daily Front Office supervision.
• Coordinate reception-desk activities according to occupancy and demand.
• Review upcoming arrivals, departures, room assignments, and special requests.
• Examine guest profiles and preferences before arrival.
• Ensure efficient and accurate check-in/check-out processes.
• Guide Front Office Agents and provide operational support.
• Maintain smooth handovers between shifts and coordinate with Housekeeping.
• Protect confidential guest, reservation, and payment information.
