Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE seeks a Dispatcher – Front Services to join its luxury resort's Front Services team. This desk-based role coordinates luggage handling, guest movement, and high-priority service requests to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

You will lead bell attendants and baggage handlers, maintain real-time radio communications, and collaborate with front desk, concierge, valet, and housekeeping to uphold Forbes Five Star standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ultra-luxury resort dispatch experience.
• Hospitality operations or dispatch coordination experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Log guest service requests, including luggage, transportation, and deliveries.
• Dispatch bell attendants, doormen, and baggage handlers by priority.
• Maintain real-time communication with front services via radio or phone.
• Coordinate with front desk, concierge, valet and housekeeping for seamless guest experiences.
• Track service times, guest feedback and special requests.
• Ensure dispatch activities meet safety protocols and service standards.
