Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, is seeking a Dispatcher – Front Services to join the resort’s Front Services team. The role logs guest service requests, coordinates luggage and bell staff, and ensures seamless arrivals and departures while maintaining Forbes Five Star standards.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of ultra-luxury resort dispatch experience, strong communication and multitasking abilities, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of ultra-luxury resort experience in a high-volume dispatch desk.
• Experience in hospitality operations or dispatch coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log guest service requests including luggage, transportation, and deliveries.
• Provide high-level Bell Attendant luggage support and coordinate luggage handling and room delivery.
• Dispatch bell attendants, doormen, and baggage handlers based on needs and priorities.
• Maintain real-time communication with front services team via radio or phone.
• Monitor team availability and task completion to ensure prompt service.
• Coordinate with front desk, concierge, valet, and housekeeping for seamless guest experiences.
• Track and record service times, guest feedback, and special requests.
• Assist in managing group movements, VIP arrivals, and high-volume periods.
• Ensure Forbes Five Star standards are delivered and dispatch logs are updated.
• Support front services leadership in planning and coordination.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Dispatcher – Front Services to join the resort’s Front Services team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Receive and log guest service requests, including luggage assistance, transportation, and deliveries. Receive and log guest service requests, including luggage assistance, transportation, and deliveries.
• Provide high-level Bell Attendant luggage support by coordinating luggage collection, storage, retrieval, tagging, room delivery, group luggage movement, and guest follow-up to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.
• Dispatch bell attendants, doormen, and baggage handlers based on operational needs and guest priorities.
• Maintain real-time communication with front services team via radio or phone.
• Monitor team availability and task completion to ensure prompt service.
• Coordinate with front desk, concierge, valet, and housekeeping for seamless guest experiences.
• Track and record service times, guest feedback, and special requests.
• Assist in managing group movements, VIP arrivals, and high-volume periods.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are delivered.
• Maintain the dispatch log and update shift reports for management review.
• Ensure all dispatch activities comply with safety protocols and service standards.
• Support the front services leadership team in operational planning and team coordination.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of ultra-luxury experience in a large resort environment with a high-volume, busy dispatch desk.
• Previous experience in hospitality operations or dispatch coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Familiarity with radio communication and basic administrative tools.
• Professional demeanor and guest-focused attitude.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Shift-based schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Desk-based role with frequent communication across departments and teams.
