Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Command Center Agent – Front Office to join the resort’s Front Office Call Center team in the UAE. You will handle guest calls, emails and reservations with a focus on personalized service.

The role requires strong English communication, 2+ years in luxury hospitality or Forbes Travel Guide environments, and proficiency with Opera Cloud PMS. You will work a shift-based schedule, including weekends and nights, and support peak periods with a guest-centric

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Forbes Travel Guide or a luxury hospitality environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong tone and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hotel PMS (Opera Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally per brand and Forbes Five-Star standards.
• Respond to pre-arrival emails and guest communications with accuracy and courtesy.
• Assist guests with room reservations, service requests and general inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill guest requests timely.
• Provide accurate information on hotel services, facilities and local attractions.
• Log and track guest interactions and follow-ups in the system.
