Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Door Attendant – Front Services to join the Bell & Door team at the UAE resort. You will welcome guests with a polished presence, assist with vehicle movement, and coordinate with Bell, Valet, and Front Desk to ensure a seamless entrance.

The ideal candidate has five years of ultra-luxury front services experience, excellent English, Forbes Travel Guide familiarity, and a groomed, confident demeanor.

Qualifications

• Five years of ultra-luxury Door Attendant experience in a large resort environment with high-volume driveway operations.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, front services, valet, bell, concierge, or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the arrival and farewell experience with a polished presence.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively.
• Provide vehicle and door assistance and coordinate with Bell & Valet teams.
• Maintain entrance cleanliness, safety, and luxury presentation.
• Assist guests with directions and information about the resort and local area.
• Support VIP arrivals with discretion and coordination with relevant teams.
