Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah seeks an Assistant Shift Manager – Front Services to lead Bell & Door operations, guest arrivals, and VIP movements within a high‑volume luxury resort.

You will coach teams, ensure Forbes Five‑Star standards, and coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge, Valet, Transportation, and Security to maintain seamless guest experiences. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in luxury hotel bell services, door operations, or front services with supervisory experience.
• Experience leading diverse operational teams in high-visibility resort environments.
• Proficiency with Opera PMS and common office tools.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bell, Door, and Valet team members during shifts to ensure luxury service.
• Oversee luggage handling, storage, retrieval, and related guest requests with discretion.
• Coordinate in real time with Front Desk, Concierge, Valet, Transportation and Security teams.
• Provide hands-on support during peak periods and events.
• Conduct shift briefings, handovers, and readiness checks before service periods.
• Maintain porte cochère and guest-facing spaces in pristine condition.
