Job summary
Atlantis Dubai is seeking a Reception Manager – Restaurant Operations to lead the front desk and guest arrivals in a luxury resort. You will oversee reservations, seating, VIP handling, and ensure five-star service from the reception team.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant role.
- Experience in luxury hospitality environments preferred.
- Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant reception and guest arrival operations.
- Oversee reservations checks, walk-in enquiries, waiting lists, table allocation, and guest seating.
- Maintain VIP guest recognition and ensure five-star service.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR to communicate events and offers.
- Provide accurate information about Atlantis Dubai dining and resort facilities.
