Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of front office experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Prior experience as Receptionist, Guest Service Agent, or Front Office Agent.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Additional language skills such as Russian, Arabic, Chinese, French, or German are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and professionally.
• Process cashiering transactions accurately.
