Atlantis is looking for a Front Office Guest Services Agent at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, UAE, responsible for ensuring seamless check-in/check-out experiences while delivering personalized guest engagement in a luxury hospitality setting. Key responsibilities include managing all front office operations, cashiering, and guest inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management and at least 2 years of experience in similar roles, benefiting from a competitive tax-free salary and comprehensive personal benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Front Office experience in a luxury hotel environment.
• Previous experience as Receptionist, Front Office Agent, or Guest Service Agent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Handle cashiering transactions accurately during day and night shifts.
