Accor's Couqley brasserie in Downtown Dubai invites an experienced restaurant professional to help lead daily operations, delivering exceptional service and guest satisfaction in a premium-casual setting.

Reporting to the Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee service, coordinate with kitchen and reservations, train staff, and maintain hygiene and safety standards while upholding Accor's standards.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in luxury hotel or fine dining operations.
• Supervisory experience in French cuisine or upscale dining is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, presentation, and wine service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; French language skills are an advantage.

Mansioni

• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure the restaurant is prepared for service, including table settings, mise en place, lighting, music, and ambience.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, sommelier, reservations team, and other departments for seamless service.
• Conduct pre-service briefings for reservations, VIP guests, menu updates, promotions, and special requests.
• Ensure opening/closing duties are completed and staff are fairly allocated during service.
• Train team on menu knowledge, service techniques, grooming, etiquette, and product knowledge.
• Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and occupational health and safety standards.
