Job summary

Accor is seeking an F&B Supervisor - Restaurant Operations in Dubai to oversee daily Food and Beverage operations aboard the QE2, supporting the Outlet Manager and upholding high standards of guest service, quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.

The role emphasizes team leadership, cost awareness, and collaboration with kitchens and hotel departments, with a focus on guest satisfaction and professional service in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of Food and Beverage experience, preferably within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
• Previous Food and Beverage supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of restaurant and beverage service operations.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage products and service standards.
• Experience in high-volume operations is an advantage.
• Experience within an international hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English.
• Arabic and other language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Food and Beverage operations and maintain smooth, efficient service throughout the assigned outlet.
• Ensure appropriate standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest service.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and confirm the outlet is properly prepared before service.
• Provide personalized service and respond professionally to guest concerns.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and support the development of Food and Beverage colleagues.
• Allocate duties and monitor individual and team performance during operations.
• Ensure colleagues maintain required grooming and service standards.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, Housekeeping, and other departments to support efficient outlet operations.
• Assist with cost control, stock management, inventory, billing, and daily operational reporting.
• Monitor product handling and storage while taking appropriate steps to minimize wastage.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP requirements, hygiene standards, health and safety practices, and hotel procedures.
• Support the management team in achieving guest satisfaction, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a professional and positive working environment throughout each shift.
