Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to uphold service standards.
• Collaborate with management to develop initiatives, promotions and incentives.
• Manage reservations and guest profiling to optimize experiences and revenue.
• Foster collaboration between Front of House and Back of House teams.
• Gather guest feedback and implement improvement plans.
