Job summary

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is seeking an Assistant Executive Lounge Manager to lead premium lounge experiences in Dubai. You will ensure exceptional guest service, oversee daily F&B operations, and support the lounge team to deliver consistent, luxurious standards.

In this role, you will manage guest requests, supervise staff in the absence of the manager, and contribute to cost controls and inventory management while upholding food hygiene and safety policies in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or equivalent F&B operations.
• Proven ability to supervise lounge staff and operations.
• Strong guest service orientation with proactive problem solving.
• Ability to upsell and manage inventory and costs while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of Executive Lounges and maintain high F&B standards.
• Assist Manager in supervising lounge operations and cover in their absence.
• Anticipate guest needs via pre-arrival communication and proactive service.
• Oversee daily lounge F&B services ensuring brand standards are met.
• Support team development, upselling, inventory control and cost management.
