Job summary

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Executive Lounge Manager to join the team. You will support daily lounge operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and uphold high F&B standards across the lounges.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing executive lounges or similar hospitality operations.
• Proven ability to supervise teams and ensure service excellence.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and effective handling of requests and complaints.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the Executive Lounges, ensuring exceptional guest service and consistently high F&B standards.
• Assist the Manager in supervising lounge operations and take responsibility in their absence, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests and complaints with personalised service.
• Oversee daily lounge F&B services and maintain Jumeirah standards.
• Support team development, upselling, inventory control and cost management while ensuring food hygiene and safety.
