Job summary

SO/ in Dubai invites applications for a Residences Lounge Assistant to ensure a premier guest experience in the exclusive lounge. You will greet residents and guests, handle inquiries and reservations for lounge services, and maintain the lounge with high hygiene and presentation standards.

Responsibilities include serving light refreshments, coordinating with other departments, and assisting with events while upholding health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Effective time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest records.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist in organizing and setting up for special events or gatherings in the lounge area
• Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and services to guests
