Job summary
Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is seeking an Assistant Executive Lounge Manager to lead premium lounge experiences in Dubai. You will ensure exceptional guest service, oversee daily F&B operations, and support the lounge team to deliver consistent, luxurious standards.
In this role, you will manage guest requests, supervise staff in the absence of the manager, and contribute to cost controls and inventory management while upholding food hygiene and safety policies in a luxury environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury hospitality or equivalent F&B operations.
- Proven ability to supervise lounge staff and operations.
- Strong guest service orientation with proactive problem solving.
- Ability to upsell and manage inventory and costs while maintaining safety standards.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Executive Lounge Manager to join the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Support the daily operation of the Executive Lounges, ensuring exceptional guest service and consistently high F&B standards.
- Assist the Manager in supervising lounge operations and take responsibility in their absence, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Anticipate guest needs through pre-arrival communication, personalised service and effective handling of requests and complaints.
- Oversee daily lounge F&B services, ensuring Jumeirah standards are maintained.
- Support team development, upselling, inventory control and cost management while ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety standards.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Support the daily operation of the Executive Lounges, ensuring exceptional guest service and consistently high F&B standards.
- Assist the Manager in supervising lounge operations and take responsibility in their absence, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
